The Taniwha Marae Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday
15th November 2020, starting at 930am. The AGM will be held at Taniwha
Marae.
The marae will be open for whanau who wish to stay on Saturday night
ahead of the AGM (this will be subject to any restrictions that we may
need to have in place, which will be reviewed and notified closer to
the time).

Taniwha Marae Trustees (minimum of 4 trustees; maximum of 7 trustees)
Taniwha Marae Committee (minimum of 3 members; maximum of 6 members)
Te Whakakitenga o Waikato Representatives (2 members and 1 alternate member)
To support seamless and efficient election processes, nominations for
the above roles are sought ahead of the AGM. Nomination forms are
available below. The nomination forms set out eligibility criteria and
seek confirmation from the nominee and nominator. Complete nomination
forms should be submitted to the Secretarysam.toka@waidc.govt.nzby 1
November 2020.
Please note that if the status around Covid-19 changes for the worse,
we will review the arrangements for the AGM.
